Among the first Scout units to take advantage of lifting of an international travel by BSA Scouts from Troop 175 of Simsbury, Conn. (Connecticut Rivers Council). We are an “All Weather” Troop. We have camped and biked on Block Island; Bobsledded with the US Olympic team in Lake Placid (camping in snow caves that night),learned to scuba dive in Honduras and explored survival camping at our annual “Deep Freeze” survival shelter trip.
