Troop 175 kicked off the fall scouting season with a family campout on Nantucket over Labor Day weekend, August 30 to September 2, 2024. Scouts, along with their families, gathered at Camp Richard, a Scout camp located just three miles from the ferry dock.
Participants enjoyed a variety of activities, including biking to nearby Surfside Beach, ice cream and exploring the town of Nantucket, and taking part in sightseeing and shopping in town. The evenings were filled with campfires.
The trip was a nice way start to the fall scouting season.
