As the winter chill sets in, there’s no better way to warm up than with a hearty bowl of chili. This February, you have the chance to not only indulge in delicious chili but also support a great cause! Scout Troop 175 is excited to announce its latest fundraising event: a Chili Cookoff!
Mark Your Calendars! Join us on Saturday, February 3rd at the St. Mary’s Parish Center. The event runs from 5PM to 9 PM, so there’s plenty of time to savor different chili varieties and enjoy the community spirit.
Calling All Chili Cooks! Parents, this is your moment to shine! We need a big turnout of chili cooks to make this event a success. If you have a secret recipe or just love cooking, please consider participating in the cook-off. It’s not just about cooking; it’s about coming together to support our scouts.
Email Matt Kellerman at mpkellerman@gmail.com to express your interest in cooking a big pot of chili for this event.
We will be publishing a cookbook of all of the chili recipes after the event, so please contribute your chili recipes at https://www.CookbookFundraiser.com/book/16505A51545351560E
The Big Tasting and Judging! Get ready for some friendly competition! The judging of the chili will take place at 7 PM. Whether you’re a cook or a taster, it’s going to be an exciting moment to see whose chili wins the hearts (and taste buds) of the judges.
Support Through Tickets Tickets are priced at $20. Remember, any donation of $20 or more also acts as a ticket for the event. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our scouts while enjoying a fun-filled evening. Learn more and donate to attend here.
