Fully certified as Open Water Divers earlier in the week the Troop 175 Immortals Team moved onto night training . Pictured here just before entering the night ocean in Roatan, Honduras the team will swim a couple of hundred yards offshore , descend to 45 feet using underwater lights navigate through the reefs and then turn the lights off and navigate underwater back through the reefs for half a mile without lights, in the dark being guided by compass and Bio luminescence in the water.

We are an “All Weather” Troop. We have camped and biked on Block Island; Bobsledded with the US Olympic team in Lake Placid (camping in snow caves that night),learned to scuba dive in Honduras and explored survival camping at our annual “Deep Freeze” survival shelter trip.
